Arrival

Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes before to fill out in-take forms if they are required for your particular treatment. If you are a new client with us, we will always need you to fill out a Client Consent Form. Alternatively, you may complete forms we have emailed you in advance and bring them with you. Either option prevents paper work from cutting into your pampering time with us.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please give at least 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid full charge.

Payment Types

We accept cash, debit cards, personal checks, VISA, MC – with proper identification.

Etiquette

Our treatment room is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please turn off all celular phones and pagers while in the treatment room.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your reservation.

Cleanliness

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sanitized after every treatment and service.

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles.  Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not refund or offer exchanges or transfers on gift certificates.

Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice.

Shipping

We ship to the contiguos United States (48 contiguos United States). All shipping for jewelry is FREE of cost. Reiki wands and other products have an additional cost based on weight and product size.
