More Than a Retreat — A Living Experience

This journey weaves yoga, mindfulness, and cultural immersion into an experience that stays with you long after you return home.
Guided by Carolina’s gentle presence and the sacred energy of Nepal, transformation unfolds naturally — never forced.
Join her for a retreat that brings you back home — to yourself.

Guide & Host: Carolina

Carolina’s journey with yoga began over fourteen years ago with a single Kundalini class — a doorway to healing and self-discovery. What started as movement became a way of remembering, a return to presence.

Her path led her to Rishikesh, India, where she completed her 500-hour yoga certification, and later to Nepal, where her love for subtle energy healing and Reiki deepened.

Over the years, Carolina has guided retreats in Colombia and India, creating spaces where people reconnect with presence, purpose, and heart.

Today, she weaves yoga, sound, and ceremonial cacao into experiences that awaken compassion and inner balance. Her offerings are gentle yet powerful invitations to come home to yourself.

Based in Nepal and pursuing an MA in Buddhist Studies, she continues to guide experiences rooted in mindfulness, ritual, and heartfelt presence.

In her presence, stillness becomes a teacher and kindness a way of being — the very essence of what you’ll experience during this retreat.
